Izumi Ōgami (大神いずみ Ōgami Izumi?) (June 10, 1969 in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka) is a Japanese announcer and seiyu. She voices Kagura in the original Japanese version of InuYasha. Kagura is Ōgami's debut role. She previously was the female chairperson in Boys Be.... She is also working as an announcer because she belonged to Nippon Television from 1992 until 1999.

Variations of her name's spelling include Izumi Oogami, Izumi Ohgami, or Izumi Ogami
