Amy Linker (born October 19, 1966) was a child actress. Her most notable role was perhaps as co-starring as Lauren Hutchinson on the TV show, Square Pegs, in which she wore fake braces and a fatsuit.
Before Square Pegs, Linker was in the short-lived TV series Lewis & Clark, which ran one season from 1981 to 1982.
After Square Pegs, Linker voiced the character of "Robin" on the animated Mister T series in 1983. After the show ended she went back to school. In 1985 she was in the science fiction film D.A.R.Y.L. as a secondary character. In 1989, she graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in French studies.
Linker now works as a substitute teacher.
In 2007, Amy won the Viewers' Choice Award for "Most Beautiful Braces" at The TV Land Awards based on her performance as Lauren Hutchinson in Square Pegs.
